The view from the room and the air was so fresh. The room is big. Have balconi.

The lift and hallway's carpet are dirty. The breakfast at 9 am already empty. The direction to the location is missleading. We follow google map and it brought us to dead end. Luckily we call the hotel and someone meet us and lead us to the hotel.

Great location and spacious room with view. Staff were polite and helpful. Daily housekeeping and room kept clean. Nice buffet and in room breakfast.

Rooms are not sound proof at all, could sleep well from the noise coming from outside and karaoke from rooftop. Bed sheets and covers had stains on them. Towels were thin and frayed. They need to be replaced!

The breakfast is so so Cannot choose the upper room The room quite big for the deluxe room but it has nothing just like the standard room The bed is not comfy at all and the blanket was so thin.

Weather is superb and view from rooftop also nice.

Rooms were poor, Do not disturb sign was hang on the door and without my permission they still enter my room to fix the broken door lock. Bed was broken with cracking sound when you move your body while sleeping. Terrible experience

The linen was old and dirty and the floor was dirty with mud footprints. We requested a change of linen but they brought stained ones again and they didn't clean the mud on the floor. Staff aren't detailed orientated and they don't go beyond to give better service than expected. The rooms don't have good noise insulation, you'll hear people talking from other rooms and corridors. This is specifically important if you wish to keep sleeping during very early morning since there is mosque right in front of the hotel. ** The breakfast is buffet but self-service which isn't good during covid-19 times, some others guests where taking the food without masks and we didn't see staff enforcing the usage of mask or sanitizing the things after people self-served their food. The hotel is old, you can see the time deterioration in corridors and rooms. They maintain the lobby though.

The staff were friendly

The place seems very worn down. There are gaps around parts of the doors, the balcony doors don’t shut completely...this wouldn’t be a problem, but there is a mosque next door with the loudspeaker pointing directly at the hotel...and the amp set to 11!! Prepare to be awoken at twilight and at sunrise with the crazy loud call to prayer. We also booked on a lava tour, which was good but the jeep was falling apart. It had to have been the oldest jeep in the town...we didn’t have any confidence in it and avoided the actual off-road part as the thing would have probably fallen appart! Also the transfer to the next hotel, organised by this hotel, was driven by the Indonesian equivalent of Michael Schumacher...but a reckless version. Overtaking on blind corners, practically knocking off bikers and then cursing others when they drove as badly...the guy will kill or be killed soon... While I’m at it...they also ran out of chicken and fries and there were only 6-8 other guests in the hotel...a shame as the place had potential...if you want a good nights sleep, avoid like the plague!

1. Very fast check in. We arrived very late and front desk is ready with the key. 2. Very delicious real-Javanese breakfast style. 3. Big bed for twin bed size. 4. Fresh mountain air.

Location near to sight seeing

The rooms and the staff. The room has alot of defects, aircon leaking, door to connecting room broken lock, aircon not cold, keep makinv wake up at 3am and i don't feel safe due to the broken lock. Ask the staff to change the rooms 4-5 time and when i gwt pissed off only then they wanted to change my room and the changed room. Still had defects as mentioned above.
